Assesment & Selection

Candidates enter your interview process. An offer is sent to your chosen finalist. If no placement is made, we extend our service at no extra cost.

Our process is simple and we adapt to your needs with a tailored, strategic approach.

Each search runs for four weeks, with dedicated sourcing time per role from the moment we kick off.
